Aluminum alloy 7075 is an aluminum alloy containing zinc as a main alloying element. It has high strength and is comparable to many steels with good fatigue strength and average machinability. It has lower corrosion resistance than many other aluminum alloys but has better corrosion resistance than 2000 alloys. Its relatively high cost limits its use in applications where inexpensive alloys are not suitable. 7075 aluminum alloy can be processed in an annealed condition. Oil lubricants are used to perform machining operations.
Aluminum alloy 6061is a precipitation hardened aluminum alloy with magnesium and silicon as the main alloying elements. It has good mechanical properties and exhibits good weldability and is a very common extrusion (after only 6063). It is one of the most common general purpose aluminum alloys. Typical properties of 6061 aluminum alloy include: medium and high strength, hood toughness, good surface finish during processing, good atmospheric corrosion resistance, good seawater corrosion resistance, easy anodizing, good weldability and forgeability, and good processability. Aluminum alloy 6061 is one of the most widely used five-axis precision machining materials in the CNC machine shop industry.

CNC turning is a manufacturing process in which the bar-shaped material is fixed in a chuck and rotated, while the tool is fed into the workpiece to remove the material to form the desired shape. The turret with tooling attachment (the center of the display) has been programmed to move the material and achieve the programmed result.If the center has both turning and milling capabilities,the very complex products(both need turning and machining) can be made out by this machine directly. Our CNC lathes enable high speed and quality turning of both plastics and metals. The turning process allows for complex external geometries and internal bores to be generated.
