Quality Control System
Regarding the quality, inspection instrument had CMMA, profie projector, high gauge, ID&OD micrometer, it is quite strict inspection procedure, we have flow in inspector and professional inspectors each size of product must be test one to one after completing production and provide quality report.
Production Department
JTC-machining has high precision 3 axis, 4 axis and 5 axis CNC vertical milling center which import from Japan and Taiwan, precision grinding machines, CNC lathe machines, wire cut, EDM and CNC laser engraving machine about 45 units. Our skilled machinists can make turning and milling parts using a wide range of plastic and metal materials.
In order to increase the trust of new customers, JTC successively obtained the ISO9001-2016 certificate on July 23, 2020. Obtained the IATF16949 certificate on June 13, 2021. Quality assurance and stable delivery make our customer churn rate less than 2%.
Q: What kind of files would you need?
A: STP / IGS/ X-T/PDF files are available for CNC Machining. STL format is OK for 3D Printing.
Q: How long do you need for making my parts?
A: We have always been dedicated to providing our clients with a rapid prototyping service. Generally speaking, 3-5 days is OK.
It will mainly depends on the quantity you need and processing way you prefer.
Q: Is it possible to get a sample first?
A: Sure, we could provide sample for your quality checking.
